  1. Yeah! This is really an eco-friendly restaurant. It’s very interesting that the restaurant is made from reclaimed materials. I wish I could visit such eco-friendly and unique fine dining venues in DC.

  2. The word "eco-friendly" always catches my eye. What exactly does that mean? Could you please tell me how your septic system operates? How to you treat/dispose of your black and grey waters? Does your establishment use a rain catch system? Do you only purchase organic foods with no chemicals added to your prepared dishes? Do you practice composting of food scraps? Does your establishment sort and recycle all garbage? Also, there were giant trees that were recently cut down on the lot next to your restaurant. Do the owners of Koki Beach also own that property? Thank you for your time and consideration of the word "eco-friendly".
